- Hiring out of taxis / PHC car with target to increase revenue fleet.
- Manage the incentives and rebates payout to driver.
- Propose and participate in User Acceptance Testing of Fleet Management System enhancements
- Generate and prepare reports on scheduling and allocation of vehicles - taxis & PHC
- Monitor and answer to drivers’ enquiries thru CMS or CRM system and also walk in drivers queries.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports / presentation slides
- Prior experience in customer service or operations
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
