We are looking for detail-orientated, pleasant personality and organised individual to join us as a Part Time Admin Assistant

3 days a week

Core Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Calling New Business/ Policy Services/ Claims to expedite on processes
- Presentation Slides (As & when required)
- Running of errands e.g Meeting client to have docs signed or collect documents, delivering of gifts
- Data entry
- Business Expense (Receipts to be organised and scanned)
- Calling clients to remind on premium payment
- Any other ad-hoc task may be required

Qualifications:

- Must have good telephone skills
- Well-spoken
- Resourceful and Able to work independently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
