We are looking for a Brand Manager to be the regional lead for PRO PLAN Therapeutic (PPVD, PPVS) marketing portfolio, communication assets and strategic priority direction with close coordination with Scientific affairs, Technical Comm, and PRO PLAN wellness marketing team in strengthening PRO PLAN advocacy in AOA region. The incumbent is to build & lead deployment of Therapeutic portfolio strategy guideline in line with PRO PLAN Megabrand priorities. He / she is responsible to manage the consistency of brand image and activation strategies with marketing team in markets when driving the advocacy by buidling relevant ecosystem, specifically in priority focused markets, to build trust in Purina and gain recognition for our science and expertise in pet nutrition.
He/she is to lead the therapeutic products development for AOA production, in close coordination with I2L team, PTC, and TAG, while coordinating with markets in portfolio strategies.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Gather category insights with deep focus in VET channel lanscape, analyze and translate data into information to continuously develop the VET portfolio strategy with consideration of competition and trade dynamics.
- Lead communication and portfolio strategies for Vet health care practitioners and vet nurses (VHCP's), as well as pet owners' facing communication in driving brand awareness from advocacy. He/she integrates Purina Institute assets and training materials to provide the comprehensive marketing and technical assets for practical adoption by markets.
- Proactively involved in portfolio gap solution with competiton through I2L framework, Regional representatives forum, regular meetings with marketing team's of markets, Nutritionist and TAG team. To represent AOA Region in Therapeutic segment profil, supported with extensive knowledge in key markets landscape competitiveness profile.
- Responsible to lead the information sharing of Global / other regional updates to marketing team in markets and vice versa in driving the Vet business acceleration from advocacy. He/she is actively collaborate with markets in building and driving the implementation synergy reflected in ICP to ensure the implementation of PPVD & PPVS advocacy model in generating demand through Vet protocol in markets.
- Represent and Promote PRO PLAN Megabrand into Halo effect strategies for market communication execution: Select Territory range focus, develop portfolio relevance and digital ecosystem in strengthening brand health score.
- Lead Marketing side in all I2L Therapeutic portfolio production in AOA factories: Capture markets' relevance in portfolio priorities, proactive involvement in CDT process, and closely work with I2L project manager in ensuring the production as per expected timeline.

**What will make you successful...**:

- Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and consumer marketing. Experience in FMCG is an advantage.
- Demonstratable success in building brands based on consumer insights
- Proven experience of driving brand performance and growth
- Experience leading teams as well as managing projects and budgets
- Experience of optimization and testing through analytics and consumer behavior analysis
- Agency Management and Brand management experience is ideal
- Knowledge on AOA vet environment is a plus
