Director of Operations

The Director of Operations has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operations and financial success of the programs and initiatives, and functions as a team member, team leader, and supervisor.
The scope of the operations function covers five main areas:
1) **Operations Strategy and Service Delivery Planning**
- Planning and developing operations strategy and services.
- Analyse relevant business data and numbers. Present crystalized points to the shareholders.
2) **Operations Monitoring & Improvement**
- Developing systems and controls to facilitate monitoring of operational KPIs against pre-defined and agreed targets.
- Continuously monitoring operational performance and developing robust action plans to address areas of under-performance.
- Lead a team of HODs and managers to deliver and achieve excellent operational outcomes in clinic management, customer service and relationship building with key stakeholders
3) **Operations Support Services**
- Day to day management of operations services within the facilities to ensure effective and efficient service delivery while maintaining highest levels of safety and quality.
4) **Facilities Management**
- Ensure efficiency of all capital projects and compliance with all statutory and mandatory requirements as well as integration with overall company’s strategic objectives.
5) **Corporate Affairs**
- Day-to-day management of the Group corporate affairs including defining strategic communications and aligning internal and external communications across business units.
