Our Client is a market leader in the semiconductor industry, with manufacturing facilities located within the major markets in Asia. As part of its growth plans, it is looking for an exceptional Finance Director.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will effectively act as her deputy in all matters relating to strategic finance matters for the Client. In addition to that, you will lead the finance function and be responsible for all finance and accounting matters, including statutory and management reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting. You will be extensively involved in strategic decision-making pertaining to the business, and provide insights relating to finance matters.

Ideally, you have a degree in Accountancy or Business from a reputable university, with at least 15 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 6 years in a manufacturing environment, and 8 years in a management capacity. You are dynamic, have strong business acumen, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
