- Reading, interpreting and / or executing various machining works using CNC Machines.
- Operating and setup of CNC machines.
- Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.
- Prepare and update of CNC programs.
- Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.
- Perform machine troubleshooting, periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
- Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years experience with CAD / CAM.
- At least 5 years CNC Machining experience.
- Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing
- Must be able to complete 2d3d programming independently.
- Must be able to work night shift or split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
