**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

As a **Safety Coordinator cum Supervisor**, you will:
1. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Control regulations.

2. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigating measures.

3. Prepare, review and update MSRA (Method Statement & Risk Assessment) documents for submission to client

4. Plan, implement, and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies.

5. Conduct safety briefing/training, toolbox meetings and document daily safety checklists.

6. Supervise on-site operations to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.

7. Monitor workers’ performance to ensure productivity and quality.

8. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

9. Coordinate with project team and stakeholders to address safety and operational issues.

10. Participate in WSHE audits

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**

To excel in this role, you should have:
1. At least **3 years of experience**in a Safety Coordinator and supervisory role.

2. WSQ **Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (ACWSH)**qualification / Manage Work-at-Height / BizSAFE Level 2 certifications

3. Knowledge of WSH Act and OHS legislation, procedures, and best practices.

4. Proven ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. A keen sense of responsibility and be ownership-driven

9. Experience in Sembcorp solar projects is a plus

10. Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
