- The Plant Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the industrial wastewater / waste chemical and used oil treatment plant.
- Liaise with sales department to ensure goods are sufficient to meet all the customer orders.

**The responsibilities of the Plant Manager include**:

- Planning and coordinating the day-to-day treatment schedules.
- Overseeing production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production. Direct and monitor all production activities to ensure treatment is performed in accordance with treatment plan and established operational procedure.
- Ensuring plant equipment is properly maintained in good working order to enhance the safety of personnel and to minimize operation downtime.
- Managing manpower’s efficiency and productivity. Training and motivating employees under your charge to achieve high performance standard quantitatively and qualitatively as well as meeting the set Management KPIs employees’ retention, engagement, health, and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in Waste Chemical/ Water Plant Environment
- Accommodation and lunch provided
- Diploma/ITE in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology
- General knowledge of waste chemical/ waste water process.
- Good interpersonal and communications skill.
- Ability to organize and prioritize.
- Highly driven, motivated and have good initiative.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience
