**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Account management of existing customers (prepare quotations).
- Provide admin information and guidance to GBS Manila.
- File review support for audit packs.
- Follow up on affiliate packs submission.
- Follow up on the administrative queries raised by auditors (Check and update client management system).
- Monitor the progress of unannounced audits for CE clients.
- Update VDA license fee of IATF clients in SharePoint.
- Tabulate customer satisfaction survey form and analyze results.
- Generate and analyze monthly operations reports.
- Support external accreditation and global technical audits
- Ensure the submission of Audit Log from FTE auditors.
- Secondary local superuser of client management system.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma in Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of administration duties
- Able to work independently
- Hardworking, detail and meticulous
- Relevant administration skill
