JR19150 Intern - Assembly Engineer

**Project Title**:
Equipment Lock & Unlock Parameter for IC Singulation Tool

**Description**:
Micron Tool-to-tool Matching (TTTM) ensures manufacturing equipment across multiple Micron sites to have minimum variability to maintain high equipment compatibility regardless of respective operation environment, minimizing output quality variation, and maintaining predictability of equipment throughput. Equipment parameter standardization is a key component of Micron’s TTTM program to minimize variation across manufacturing equipment.

**Scope**:
To map out equipment operating parameter or setting, and establish a tight control in equipment parameter variability in Singulation equipment

Supporting team:

- Process Engineer, Equipment Technicians or Engineer

**Deliverable**:

- Map out major equipment operating parameters
- Study how each parameter influencing / impacting equipment performance or output
- Determine reference value for “lock” parameter and acceptable variation range for “unlock” parameters

**Stretch Goals**:

- Successfully implemented “lock” and “unlock” parameters control for at least 1 tool
