Technical Interface to Intel Business Units for OSAT test manufacturing
- Understand Test requirements from Intel Business Unit and advise the Test capabilities available based on market intelligence
- Drive Intel Business Units to leverage external Test OSAT eco-system for product testing and bridge any gaps encountered
- Understand Intel's OSAT supply chain and technical processes for manufacturing of Intel products
- Lead test project team to transfer new product from Intel Business Units to OSAT for high volume manufacturing

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in semiconductor testing production environment
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in Test Project Management role
- Experience working in MNC and interface with Business Group
- Experience in ATE tester such as Advantest/Verigy or Teradyne would be an advantage
- Experience in test handling, wafer probing, post-test and burn-in equipment would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work under tight project schedule
- Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels, Business Units, suppliers and vendor
