They are seeking to add a competent **Infrastructure Technical Support** to their team in Singapore due to their extensive global exposure.

**Responsibility**
- NGINX knowledge is a need, and working with Low Code systems like Outsystems is preferred. AWS would be helpful for infrastructure and networks.
- L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting are included in the work.
- Good experience in networking and infrastructure, with a focus on knowledge of the NGINX and GPC/GCC environments
- Provide continuing technical support and upkeep for configured services running on multiple platforms, as well as for production and development systems and software products (both remotely and locally) (operating within a defined operating model and processes).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
- Engineering or other related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of network services.
- Knowledge of basic networking (Network switches and router management)
- Experience in configuration and setup of IIS, Nginx, and Apache o Backup management (NetBackup, Commvault).
- Practical experience in the following areas: (Active Directory and failover cluster administration, VMware, AWS, or Azure, Administration of Windows, and Linux servers).
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
