**Job Description & Requirements**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training across a variety of programs including WSQ certified Programs and non-WSQ offerings such as on-site team bonding and event facilitation.
- Lead both theoretical and hands-on sessions, emphasizing fundamental techniques, safety practices, and innovative product development.
- Provide effective mentorship to enhance student skills and knowledge in both artisan and general skill-based disciplines.
- Conduct assessments of students’ practical skills and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.
- Manage the setup and teardown of event settings for on-site programs, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
- Uphold stringent safety and hygiene standards within all training environments.
- Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of workshop spaces and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven knowledge of techniques, safety practices, and best practices within the field of specialization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial.
- A patient and passionate approach to teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to collaboratively work in and adapt to a dynamic training environment.
- Able to work on weekdays and/or in weekends
