**Responsibilities**:

- People Management: Manage, motivate, and develop a small team of engineers and support analysts, ensuring that the service levels are met. Manages resources, resource forecasts and allocation of work activities.
- Risk Management: Establish and manage risk for the team’s skill levels and adequate resources to ensure that risks are mitigated, and problems are resolved, in relation to meeting the service commitments.
- Planning & Control: Resource allocation/scheduling to meet the demands of delivering a service, taking into account changing/competing priorities or issues on services of a small to medium capacity. Use strengths of team to achieve effective and efficient delivery of service within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Creation, maintenance, and adherence to Quality Standards as appropriate. Evaluate and integrate new workloads.
- Business Orientation: Anticipate the impact of business issues on the operation support team and takes appropriate action. Responsible for monitoring and controlling issues and providing timely updates/reports to users and/or internal stakeholders as required.
- Operations: Focus and attention is primarily on the specific services which the team is delivering to their current user base. Help to define and implement best practice for given area. Responsible for improving core skills, adopting standard processes and encouraging re-use.
- Reporting - Provide regular updates on operations matters and statuses to stakeholders
- Tools Mastery: Ensure adherence to agreed strategic toolset, emphasising the need for improved deployment and usage

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)
