**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the graphic design team in delivering high-quality visual content aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Oversee the design process from concept through execution for various media, including web, social media, print, and video.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive visuals that support business goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Design Lead or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- ** Fluent in both Chinese and English**, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly across cultural contexts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience working with global brands, particularly in China or North America.
- Background in motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or field that shows strong relation to design.
