**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils according to standard operating procedures
- Hand-wash delicate items when required
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, solutions, and other consumables. Notify Team Lead when replenishment is required
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the working areas
- Assist with other kitchen duties when required
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines

**Job Specifications**
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hours
- Possess Food Safety Level 1 certificate will be of an advantage
