- Manage a team of testers to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects, adhering to project timelines and budget.
- Define and implement testing processes and best practices, and ensure compliance across the testing team.
- Develop and maintain testing plans and strategies, and ensure their alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to identify testing requirements and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the testing process.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the testing team, and identify opportunities for skills development and training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, with experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Appium.
- Banking domain skills/ex-Banker
