We are looking for a business development specialist who has the energy and skills to directly and in collaboration with our partners to ensure successful entry of our solutions in international and local markets.

Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking for a profile with demonstrable technical background in mechanical design and manufacturing, particularly of robotic medical devices, to play role in transforming requirements into products and solutions. In addition to growing together with us in rapidly expanding medical rehabilitation sector, playing this instrumental role would make contribution to society by driving the realizations of innovative robotics as well as artificial intelligence for better future of rehabilitation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assess requirements then transform into designs of robotic medical devices.
- Translate designs of medical robots into prototypes, FAs, and final product (production-ready).
- Define verification and/or validation for every development stage then execute them.
- Define qualifying criteria for prototype and final products then execute them.
- Coordinate production for delivery to customers, both internally and with manufacturing partners.
- Maintenance, troubleshoot, and RCA of medical robotic systems.
- Optimize development and production costs.
- Build in-house assembly capability.
**Requirements**:
- Solid ownership, user-centred, and quality as well as punctuality oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Solid experience in manufacturing polymers for end-products.
- Proficient in GD&T of machining, soft moulding, and injection moulding.
- Proficient in SOLIDWORKS.
- Proficient in converting non-parametric model to parametric model.
- Proficient in kinematic analysis/motion analysis.
- Basic hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skill sets.
- Any of the followings would be plus:
- Experience in manufacturing polymers for consumer products.
- Exposure in development of robotic devices/systems.
- Experience in coding using Matlab.
- Hands-on experience in complying with ISO 13485 QMS.
- Hands-on experience in complying with IEC 60601-1.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
