EQUANCE offers financials or real estate investments, and provides advice in international law and tax. These activities are controlled in France by the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF) and the “Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution » (ACPR).

**EQUANCE** is an international company. Its networks of Consultant in Wealth Management (CWM) is French. It is displayed all around the French territory and in more than 50 countries.

The majority of EQUANCE customers are French residents and non-residents.

EQUANCE Tax Advisory PTE. LTD. is hiring a tax advisor to manage french people in Singapore looking for tax and law advice. His purposes is to redact, inform and explain to the clients how their taxation is working in a international scale, give tax, law and wealth adivce to optimize their patrimony.
- Main tasks : *
- Manage a portfolio of “high value” clients and answer to their needs
- Inform and contact the clients to let them know about the evolution of the fiscal reglementation
- Inform the clients the impact of their investments on their tax
- Give adivce to the clients to optimize their french taxation
- Redact patrimonial audit
- Redact article for the newspaper
- Fill in the french tax declaration
- Compliance and ethics : *
- Ensures compliance with the rules of its perimeter
- Applies the vigilance rules and detection procedures defined in the context of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism
- The partners of EQUANCE (lawyers, accounters, etc.)
- The various services of the company (real estate, communication,)

- Technical and behavioral skills : *
- Mastery of French taxation and international tax treaties
- Mastery of legal rules, in particular inheritance and matrimonial rules in an international context
- Managerial capacity
- Interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Fluency in speaking and writing in French and English
- Spirit of synthesis and reactivity
- Level of qualification and experience: *
- Minimum M2 in Wealth Management / Wealth Law
- Previous experience in the legal field appreciated
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Previous professional experience in private management/banking
- Experience required between 5 and 10 years

**Remuneration**: According to experience
