**Job Descriptions**:

- Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes on a weekly basis and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).
- Good hosting skill, singing and dancing.
- Strong leadership skill and excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- Maintain discipline within the Artiste and other staffs.
- In charge of schedule and selection of performing artiste for specfic event's performances.
- Submit weekly performance schedule to operation manager.
- Responsible for planning, preparing, setting up and performing shows.
- Coordinate with the stage crews and oversee all rehearsals.
- Responsible for the administrative matters of the Artiste including reportings to management.
- Willing to work on evening, weekends and eve and public holidays.
- To provide additional support as required by Management.
- Keep track of overall performances of the performing artistes and overall on-stage performance.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of relevant experience in the night establishment.
- Maintain good relation with customers.
- Ability to communicate well with staff or Artiste from East Asia.
- Has experience as an Artiste.
- Knowledge of Mandarin Pop is advantageous.
- Strong stage experience.
- Able to consistently meet target set by management.
