The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. **About the Team**:

- The Product Management - Order (Latin America) team acts as a bridge between the regional product management office and the local teams in Latin America. The team aims to identify gaps and understand the needs in the local markets which are subsequently bridged by enhancing existing features or coming up with new features that can be localised to the individual market needs in Latin America. These localisation initiatives are pivotal to Shopee’s growth in our markets.

Order is at the core of e-commerce business. Shopee customers discover things to buy through diverse channels, but all of them converge to the same checkout process and order system. We’re a dedicated and passionate team of product managers and engineers committed to building a scalable and robust system that is able to handle a high volume, while ensuring efficient and reliable user experience.
- Define and execute product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience
- Improve key platform metrics with a specific focus on driving order conversion within the Shopee App
- Design solutions that enhance the user experience within the buyer journey within Shopee App, with a deep localisation approach for the LATAM region
- Conduct in-depth analysis on user behavior to propose potential improvements and new strategies to continuously improve the topline metrics and conversion
- Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life
- Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
- Please note the official working hours for this role are 2pm to 11pm daily.
