We are seeking an experienced “Corridor Head” in Singapore, who will be responsible for the overall management/supervision of the remittance functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of the inward and outward remittances. You may anticipate working with a varied, international workforce headed by an accomplished and respected senior management team.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all areas of remittance and treasury operations including internal and outbound remittance, settlement operations for various treasury products, supervising all the staffs.
- Liaise with business, marketing, control and risk departments for new product development and product updates, such as cash management and remittance goods and services for both retail and corporate clients.
- Manage process improvement initiatives to simplify work flows and processes e.g. straight through processing, digital banking.
- Act as Remittance Product Manager and engage with business and marketing departments to create and build competitive goods and services.
- Exercise operational controls on front office treasury activities.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors and compliance personnel on current regulatory, control and compliance needs.
- Manage and engage with offshore processing hub for service quality monitoring and issue resolution.
- Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis.
- Monitor and research mistakes to ensure adherence to audit and control procedures.
- Anticipate and respond to requests from internal and external clients and vendors for transaction deliverables.
- Develop and advocate strategic decisions based on a thorough understanding of how the Cash & Trade operations team interacts with other departments and how the business works together to accomplish goals.
- Assist new team members with informal mentoring or on-the-job training as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in a related role within cash operations management
- Equipped with local regulations knowledge
- Experience in people management and project initiation
- Effective verbal and written skills in English
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Effective relationship management skills
- Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
- Good knowledge of AML requirements applicable to remittance operations
- Must be a resident of Singapore
- Must have a work permit in Singapore
