**Job Scope**:
1. Assists the project engineer to manage all aspects of site work, from site preparations to built-out
2. Manages a team of at least 30 construction workers
3. Plans labor requirement as per installation programme
4. Prepares the schedule and work assignments, maintaining productivity and a high standard of quality as specified
5. Provides on-the-job training and ensure workplace safety and health at site
**Requirements**:
1. At least 10 years of working experience
2. Highly motivated
3. Strong leadership
4. Strong communication skills
5. Good problem solving skills
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
