**About the Team**:
- As a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia, Shopee experiences a high volume of complex issues in the field of e-commerce, including pre-sale shopping guide consultations, in-sale tracking, and after-sale customer service, generated by hundreds of millions of shoppers and sellers every day. Shopee utilizes advanced AI technology, IM real-time communication, social media channels, and other technologies to develop a new generation of intelligent customer service platform. The aim is to enhance user experience and reduce platform costs. As the business expands and the user base continues to grow, smart customer service will progressively assume a more significant role and become a standard product for e-commerce business platforms, such as financial payment and logistics distribution- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and techniques to address complex challenges in chatbot and in-house agent services, including natural language processing, time series prediction, optimal control, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate machine learning solutions into the platform.
- Investigate and pioneer the advances in deep learning to drive innovation and develop state-of-the-art algorithms and models
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, especially for natural language processing, pre-trained model and large language model.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and expertise in data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
