**Job Description**:

- Support the Finance Manager in Accounting Monthly Closing and Reporting activities (Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation including Intercompany; Month End Close; BU Analysis and Reporting) and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financials with ability to meet tight deadline.
- Assist supervisor in preparation of monthly financial reports for submission to HQ
- Assist supervisor in performing variance analysis, preparing forecast and budget as required.
- Assist in statutory audit and tax requirements (including GST, withholding tax and Corporate)
- Maintain periodic audit schedule with collecting and examining account data to reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance to the internal control processes and update procedure as and when needed
- Ensure compliance with global standard accounting processes
- Assist supervisor in R&D controlling
- Prepare information and complete surveys and returns to government agencies.
- Assist in projects and ad-hoc assignments
- Other duties and projects as required.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of accounting working experience.
- Good working knowledge in Singapore GST, corporate taxation and accounting standards.
- Familiar working with SAP preferred and good knowledge in Finance process or procedure.
- Preferably with strong advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office skills, analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
- Team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, take responsibility and ownership of task assigned and see tasks to completion.
- Possess good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
