**Area of Responsibility**:

- Traffic control that includes driver deployment, journey management and scheduling. Touch points with oil terminals within Jurong Island and Singapore, Jurong Port, PSA, Tuas Megaport. To work with internal customer service team on job and time coordination.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- To plan & assign daily transport job schedules to all drivers and ensure efficient fleet management
- Communicate with drivers on job status and delivery site status
- Work closely with customer service team to coordinate timely deployment, vessel delays/bring forward, change of time slot at loading plants, etc.
- Maintaining records of traffic flow and incidents for future reference
- Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy
- Participate in risk assessments, safety trainings and incident and near-misses reporting
- Vehicle maintenance management
- Administrative licensing tasks, SIC arrangement and vehicle breakdown records
- Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Traffic control experience in the logistics industry, including last mile logistics, container logistics, or other logistics functions in a non-logistics company preferred
- Familiar with container trucking, Portnet and traffic control systems would be a plus
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Hardworking, willingness to learn and grow
- High level of coordination with team
- Able to work overtime at times & under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Salary based on experience
