Hangrun Tech Singapore Pte. Ltd (“HRT-SG”) is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Hangrun Aero Tech Co., Ltd. (“HRT”) an asset management firm focusing on engines which was founded in Guangzhou, PRC, in 2010 and currently has US$200 million of assets under management (“AUM”), spanning 3 investment vehicles worldwide.

**The Role**

Based in Singapore and reporting to the HRT’s CEO, the Asset Analyst Manager be part to pricing committee in headquater.
- Valuate the assets in HRT's portfolio. Keeping track of the portfolio against market.
- Participate in HRT-SG activities on transactions and acquisition of aviation asset.
- Ensure accuracy of aviation hardware and software assets
- Maintaining accurate inventory data collection, storage, tracking, and maintenance of information associated with aviation asset and contracted service levels at the account.
- Prepare asset management process to handle asset lifecycle from Procurement to disposal.
- Review and improve Asset management process and procedures periodically and ensure all relevant team is following the procedure and procedure.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report of Asset Management activity and progress including updating of inventory list.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent and/ Engineering Degree.
- Minimum 7 years or more of experience in aviation sales or marketing related business including time spent within:

- an aircraft leasing company, engine leasing or business development function of a global leasing company, or
- an international airline.
- With a track record of transitioning commercial aircraft for lease or for sale, combined with a track record of critically analysing and concluding aircraft financing transactions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills, biligual in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, action and results oriented.
- Continuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of new and emerging trend and markets movement.
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills.
