As a **Senior Solution Architect,** you are the essential key to create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. Displaying strong understanding of both technical and business needs, you are instrumental in the design, implementation, administration, and monitoring of data management systems, while ensuring design, consistency, quality, and security.

Your daily challenges include the following areas:
**Client business commitments**:

- Lead and prepare enterprise solutions including architecture, COTS, sizing and pricing for both on-premises and cloud environments
- One of the key stakeholders in bid and project delivery management
- Lead and conduct technical presentations to clients
- Close winning deals with BD/Sales manager together that fulfils the business plan set out by the CEO

**Competency Management and Partner Interaction**:

- Interact and lead solution packages with partners
- Evaluate and Approve partner training and onboarding plan according to the business plan set out by the CEO
- Manage internal competency fulfilment, training and certification according to the approved resource plan with HR Manager
- Upkeeping with latest technologies from the partners and market
- Monthly technology and competency reports to the CEO and HRM

**Offer Management**:

- Assist CEO in leading the offer management process
- Support and maintain all offer collaterals
- Able to lead and drive technical team in fulfilling the offer contents

**DevOps Management**:

- Manage development team(s) for the entire development and operation lifecycle
- Corporate with Sales and Project Managers in Contract fulfilments
- Lead team(s) of developers

**ISO Support**:

- Lead, document and manage pre-sales, design and delivery processes and artifacts
- Ensure process are followed
- Support ISO and internal audit team’s activities

**We are prioritising strong profiles with the following knowledge and skillsets**:

- Good English communication skill in both written English and presentation skills
- Degree/Masters in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT line with minimum 3 years as solution architect
- Proven skill with full-stack software development
- Familiar with encryption technologies and basic cyber security knowledge
- Certifications with cloud development and runtime platform such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge with Commercial off the Shelves (COTS) package such as Customer Relation Management (CRM), Enterprise Desktop Management (EAM), Application programming Interface (API), Streaming is required
- Knowledge with Commercial off the Shelves (COTS) package such as Building Information Management (BIM), Argumented Reality (AR)/ Virtual Reality (VR), Geographical Information System (GIS) is a plus
- Knowledge with government certified commercial cloud platforms is a plus
- Able to lead a team of developers for the DevOps cycle and quality control
