Situated in Singapore, the Singapore ADM cluster business serves as a strategic base for expanding JDE’s global presence in the Asian region. Singapore also serves as a operating hub for the APAC leadership team and the regional corporate functions such as Finance, Internal Controls, Marketing, HR and Corporate Affairs.

**Job Description**:
**IT End User Computing Applications Requirements**
- Work with Cluster IT Manager (ITM) to ensure that the Application Support Services meet business expectations and that systematic feedback with the local business & stakeholders is regularly collected and reported
- Partner with Central Application teams on standardization and continuous improvements on Support Services Models and Performance
- Support local IT Infrastructure activities
- Support Cluster ITM communication to the local Cluster Business community on End User Services and Local Infrastructure Services
- Supports the Cluster ITM on End User Services and Infrastructure Services to the local Cluster management team, in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Ensures Application Support Services are delivered in a cost-effective way.
- Manage audit, risks, and security compliance (including licensing) of Applications.
- Responsible for budget control and reporting of Applications (actuals, forecast, budget submissions) towards Cluster ITM.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required assigned by Cluster ITM

**PowerBI Support**
- Build and maintain Power Bi reports and dashboards according to end user requirements
- Work with central and local teams to establish and maintain Power Automate workflows

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma Information Technology, equivalent or higher
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in providing end-user environment support
