**Job Overview:
The Production Planning Executive is responsible to plan, procure components, execute production requirements to fulfil customers’ demands. In additional, he/she is required to undertake tasks assigned by higher management, and translation/interpretation tasks.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Monitor customers demand situation and co-ordinate on product inventory level to availability for timely delivery
- Responsible for the full spectrum of tasks for new product introduction, ranging from costing, samples request, product evaluations, system set-up to mass production introduction and shipment to customers
- Responsible to procure components and materials for new introduction and mass production use
- Resolve Customer enquires efficiently and escalate issues promptly
- Perform secretariat role in co-ordinating with Japan in Board of Directors meeting Interpreter role in South Asia Meetings, and other operational meetings when required

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- Project and self management with active participation with stakeholders in requests, coordination with factories
- Effective communication and engagement at the workplace
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Japanese language (JLPT N1)
