**Job Scope**
- Advise both existing and prospective clients on the company’s competencies, range of services and rates
- Negotiate contractual terms and prices
- Open doors for business opportunities by spreading word about our services, generating leads by outreach and sending reminders for recall service
- Instil confidence in our services
- Prepare formal quotations for clients
- Assist with arranging and coordinating trips for collection of equipment
- Prepare job orders for equipment received from both new and existing clients
- Produce simple monthly sales reports and meeting minutes
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative work as and when assigned, including but not limited to welcoming visitors, making phone calls, liaising with customers, filing of documents, handling call-in inquiries, etc.

**Job Requirements**
- At least an ‘O’ or ‘N’ level pass, or any equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong persuasion skills; able to steer negotiations on pricing and service terms towards a company’s favour
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice

**Salary**

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Bonus amount varies with annual sales performance of the company.

**Working Hours**

This is a full-time daytime position requiring attendance on weekdays, i.e. Monday to Friday, from 8:25am to 6pm.
