Senior Painter

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Painting of guest rooms and public areas.
- Varnishing of furniture in the guest rooms and public areas.
- Carry out minor repairs of torn carpet and wall paper when necessary.
- Painting of offices, shops and walls of exit staircases when necessary.
- Handle minor installation of carpet.
- Assist in minor carpentry work.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least a NITEC in any field or equivalent
- Basic Painting course
- At least 2 years of experience in related field
- Able to communicate in simple English
- Work well under pressure

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,300.00 per month
