**Job Summary**:
As a Lab Assisstant, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and quality control processes of our product. You will assist in the preparation, testing, packaging and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting while contributing to cutting-edge food preservation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of our product according to established protocols.
- Conduct routine tests and analyses on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch logs, test results, and inventory levels.
- Support the cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Collaborate with senior lab staff to troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the laboratory.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (or relevant coursework).
- Previous laboratory experience (internships, coursework, or volunteer work) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
