Responsible for the planning, monitoring and scheduling function functions for LTA.

Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods and resources.

Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarizing key recovery strategies.

Identify possible time impact issues, I.E. set up and manage Variation Order Deduction System.

Delay Analysis for claim for client or subcon's claim including presentations.

Other duties as may be required by the company.

Familiar with construction process and procedure, work within the budget to maintain the cost

till completion of project.

Ensure all stages of construction are accounted inside the budget.

Familiar with contract terms, conditions and good negotiator on pricing with selected contractors.

Able to manage and foresees circumstances that will affect the budget.

Other duties as may be required by the company.

Prepare to work late, if necessary.

Reuirements

Bachelor Degree or equilvant with min 8 years in

Civil Project Planning/Scheduling experience.

Experience prefer work in LTA Project advantage.
