**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Installation and Configuration**
- Install, set up, and configure IoT devices and sensors on cleaning equipment and within facilities.
- Ensure proper connectivity and stable data transmission between IoT devices and central monitoring systems.
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical installations and removals as part of setup or servicing.

**2. Monitoring and Maintenance**
- Monitor the performance and status of IoT devices regularly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to achieve high uptime and minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance on-site.

**3. General Duties**
- Handle specific jigs and tools during service jobs.
- Carry out ad-hoc shift work when required.
- Work independently and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
- Write simple service or troubleshooting reports.
- Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate good teamwork, and stay self-motivated.Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE/NITEC certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of using hand tools and servicing equipment.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to varying work schedules.
