This position primarily supports the APAC market, working closely with customer-facing Solutions team in developing technical solutions for customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with International Global and Enterprise Accounts, Region Customer Solutions Group (CSG), and Sales Account Mangers, to provide technical support and worldwide solutions that often entail operations planning and solutions development and implementation and Post Implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Support global CSG Technology training, solution development initiatives, rollout and support for CSG Technology developed solutions implemented in the Asia Pacific Region.
- Support development, execution, tracking and attainment of the CSG Business Plan
- Support CSG technology deployment initiatives with field resources
- Providing Post Implementation Support for all Asia Pacific-developed solutions to ensure that service commitments are not compromised or that service failure are kept to an absolute minimum.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor's degree/diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management or related fields
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess 2-3 years in programming and developing solutions in a Visual Basic environment, developing Microsoft Access Applications with MSA/SQL databases.
- Familiar with Web-services based API, OAuth and other authorization protocol
- Demonstrate working proficiency with Java, C++, SQL, C#, and HTML.
- Working experience in developing systems for the logistics/Supply Chain Management/Integrated Express Carriers will be a plus.
