- Working Hours: 5 days (9 am-5.45 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic** **Salary $4,000 + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: 4 months contract

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily supplier invoices for trade, non-trade, intercompany, and third-party transactions.
- Ensure timely verification of supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching to ensure proper authorization complies with company policies.
- Prepare payment runs (wire/cheque) according to the payment schedule.
- Reconcile Supplier Statements of Account (SOA) periodically to ensure accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records.
- Record supplier payments in the ERP system promptly.
- Ensure AP submodule aligns with the ERP General Ledger (GL).
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal preparation.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing relevant information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Prior experience in Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of Oracle and UiPath (RPA) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable principles.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify anomalies in documentation.
- Open-minded team player with a collaborative attitude.
