**Key Responsibilities**
The individual should be a highly motivated and pro-active team player responsible for product development for SATS Catering, for the purpose of strengthening and expanding the product offerings to both aviation catering and non-aviation catering businesses. He/She will also be responsible for enhancing/growing SATS Catering’s brand/presence through industry awards & events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and assist in the preparation for SATS’ participation in relevant conferences & industry events
- Work with the Commercial Team and Account Relations Managers to support the preparation of SATS Catering events: including customer engagement events, menu presentations for current clients, and menu presentations with new businesses
- To work with the Commercial Team to propose new products and services based on clients’ requirements for their consideration
- Monitor industry/market trends and competitors’ activities for the purpose of benchmarking of SATS’ offerings
- Support the development of new innovative value-added products and services

**Key Requirements** Key Requirements**:

- Experience in Food & Beverage industry, business development, sales or account management is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication capability
- Ability to work in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial approach
- Nimble, creative and proactive in building the business from the ground up and taking ownership of our growth
- Effective team player that is able to work independently, managing deadlines and working with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
