**Pre-Shift Tasks**
- **Check Equipment**:

- **Set Up Work Area**:Prepare sinks for manual washing if required.
Organize cleaning supplies and utensils.

**During Shift Tasks**
- **Loading Dishes**:

- **Operating the Dishwasher**:Start and monitor wash cycles, ensuring proper functioning.
- **Unloading Dishes**:Carefully unload clean dishes and utensils, checking for cleanliness and dryness.
Store clean items in designated locations.
- **Manual Washing**:Wash large pots, pans, and other items by hand when necessary.
Rinse and sanitize all items before storing.
- **Clean Work Areas**:Wipe down surfaces and counters used during dishwashing.
Clean and sanitize sinks and dish areas.
- **Trash Management**:Empty trash bins regularly and replace liners as needed.

**End-of-Shift Tasks**
- **Final Clean-Up**:Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned, dried, and stored.
Clean the dishwasher’s exterior and surrounding areas.
- **Check Supplies**:Verify inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
Refill detergent and rinse aid if necessary.
- **Report Issues**:Inform the supervisor of any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- **Secure Work Area**:Turn off equipment as required and ensure the work area is tidy before leaving.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B industry, experience in Japanese restaurants is a bonus.
- Team player and willingness to learn.
- Enjoy Japanese culture and way of life.
- Mature and positive attitude.
- Able to commit on weekends and public holiday.
- Able to accept split shift
