The Finance Lead will be leading FP&A process for Asia Pacific Deliver (formerly CLS, Customer and Logistics Services) for Pharm segment including business planning forecast, strategic planning, quarterly closing, and reporting processes. Drives collaborations with commercial and supply chain finance across 6 clusters (China, Japan, ANZ, North Asia, Southeast Asia) during the key update cycles, standardization, and best practice sharing within the region and with global Deliver finance team.

Business Partnering: Provide strategic finance insights and framing to the Pharma Deliver leadership team and drive financial visibility in Cost improvement Projects (CIP) and strategic projects. Provide business partnering to Pharma Segment Lead to support achieving business and financial goals.

Responsible for FP&A, business partnering, and compliance related activities, including but not limited to the following:

- Leading financial planning, reporting and analysis for Pharm Deliver (including Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Financial Updates, Quarterly Reporting, and ad hoc analysis); coordinating planning calendar across clusters
- Support compliance and financial reporting activities in the clusters in collaboration with stakeholders (Commercial Finance, GS, Deliver operation) in the clusters
- Drive standardization and enhance transparency of Deliver managed COGS and distribution cost (SG&A) performance across clusters, leveraging technology with global team
- Champion and support SigniFi project deployment in Deliver through coordinating change management in the clusters
- Project analysis and portfolio prioritization - provide business insight and analysis in identifying, prioritizing and executing against key programs to deliver the Deliver Strategic Plan, e.g., network and transportation optimization, brand protection, process harmonization and technology, etc.
- Partner with Pharm Deliver leadership team in tracking and reporting capital investments, building business cases for strategic initiatives, and validating corresponding CIPs (cost improvement projects).
- Responsible for developing and mentoring 1 direct report (Senior Analyst)

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of overall finance experience. Preferably with financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and/or end-to-end supply chain finance experience; business finance experience
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Professional certification (e.g. MBA, ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) is preferred
- Asia Pacific region experience is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and outstanding analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), and can work independently
- Leadership and Influencing skills - ability to work across clusters, geographies, etc. without direct line of authority. Influences with fact based data and willing to take a stand on difficult or unpopular recommendations.
- Strategic Thinking - ability to see areas for potential improvement to create growth, improve financial performance and build competitive advantage.
- J&J Supply Chain and network knowledge preferred.
- Team player with good communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude towards change and willing to contribute in other financial domains and processes in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
