**Admissions and Enrolment**
- Ensure all admission processes comply with SSG guidelines and relevant statutory requirements.
- Properly update and maintain accurate student records in accordance with SSG audit and reporting standards. Daily and monthly reports are prepared on time and filed properly.
- Coordinate with academic and admin departments to ensure smooth student induction.
- Prepare and submit enrolment reports for internal review and government compliance.
- Provides counselling to students in regard to attendance and academic performance.
- Attends to enquiries and feedback from students
- Invigilate examination
- Undertake ad hoc projects delegated by HOD

**Sales and Customer Engagement**
- Act as the main point of contact for prospective families, particularly those from Chinese-speaking communities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Chinese-speaking students and parents to support their integration and engagement.
- Provide accurate and timely information on the school’s curriculum, programmes, fees, and enrolment process.
- Conduct school tours and virtual consultations tailored to the needs of Chinese-speaking families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, relocation consultants, and corporate partners.

**Marketing and Outreach**
- Support enrolment marketing campaigns through open houses, webinars and school fairs.
- Translate or localize marketing materials into Mandarin as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on prospective parent needs and preferences.
- Track lead conversion data and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.

**Others**
- Provide courteous and professional on enrolment enquiries and feedback from students and learners.
- Ensure facilities and equipment including the classrooms, library and student resource centre are clean, tidy and in good working order
- Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Employee is expected to work above and beyond his / her working hours to meet the requirements of his / her work responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking families and students, including consultations, school tours, and ongoing communication.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with SSG requirements, EduTrust, and student data management systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

**Additional Information**:

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends for school events.
