Electrician / Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Installation & Maintenance**
- Install a wide range of lighting fixtures, including LED down lights, track lights, pendant lights, and decorative lighting, in residential and commercial settings.
- Mount and wire ceiling fans, ensuring secure installation and proper electrical connections.
- Work closely with project engineers and designers to ensure installations are carried out efficiently and to specification.
- Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
- Provide on-site training to clients on how to operate their lighting control systems.

**2. Troubleshooting & Repairs**
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of installed products to ensure long-term functionality and safety.
- Diagnose electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs or component replacements (e.g. fuses, cables, circuit breakers).
- Provide timely support for urgent repair needs.

**3. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all electrical safety protocols at all times.
- Comply with Singapore’s MOM regulations and workplace safety guidelines.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain clear records of installation, inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.
- Communicate project status and any issues to supervisors or the operations team.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance with technical certification in electrical and class 3 license.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and relevant tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
