**Job Scope**:
Reporting to the Director of Counselling, you will be involved in both counselling and management of clients. As a team leader, you will assist in developing the counselling ministry, and work together with a team of volunteers in delivering effective counselling services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional counselling services to individuals, couples, families and groups, and preferably having some knowledge to counsel child and youth clients, to improve their well-being
- Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling programmes on clients progress in resolving identified problems
- Collaborate and network with Supervisor and other staff members as part of clients treatment plans, and recommend and implement areas for improvements
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation of case records
- Develop and conduct training and workshops to enhance the well-being of the community
- Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor-in-Charge

***Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Counselling or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in pastoral care and counselling work
- Passionate and dedicated; a team player
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with other ministries
- Proactive self-starter with analytical and creative mind, good organizational, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
