**About the role**:
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining all computers/laptops and underlying network infrastructure. You should have the ability to troubleshoot/ support associates remotely and have good communications skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Give installation and configuration support in Singapore and in global office for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices
- Administer Microsoft Windows 10, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to help resolve support cases
- Experience administering O365 and Azure Active Directory
- Manage daily activities via internal ticketing system, Zendesk
- Command basic knowledge of Amazon Web Service Cloud based workspaces
- Be able to assist with small network infrastructure in Singapore office Cisco/HP switches
- Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms
- Work with other team members to help support the Corporate Infrastructure
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in both onsite and remote support. Ideally with APAC/Global exposure.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Python is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English with command on other Asian Languages is preferred
- Independent person with strong sense of work commitment and excellent people skills. Ability to handle fast-paced environment
