**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the smooth operation of nutrition and F&B services for patients' meals in the hospital.
- Generate patients’ meal chits and compiling meal orders for patients in accordance to their medical condition or dietary requirements
- Taking note of patient's dietary requirements and ensuring that meals are dispatched to the wards timely and correctly
- Assist kitchen during meal assembly and plating ensuring all the meals are loaded correctly.
- Monitor and collate operations reports on a regular basis, and highlight any discrepancies or irregularities to the Reporting Officer.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and passionate about working in the healthcare industry.
