**Who are we?**

**What you will do**:

- Create and design animations for characters, environments, and other game assets
- Collaborate with game designers and programmers to ensure that animations meet technical and gameplay requirements
- Work with the art team to ensure that animations are consistent with the game's overall art style
- Produce animations that are visually stunning, smooth, and well-timed
- Optimize animations for performance and memory usage

**What you will need**:

- At least 5 years of experience in game animation or a related field
- Proficient in using industry-standard animation tools such as Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and anticipation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality animation skills
- Experience working with game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or CryEngine
- Experience with motion capture technology and facial animation
- Understanding of rigging and skinning techniques
