Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Responsibilities:
Manages to book-keep and prepares full set of accounts using account Autocount software;
Review and perform payroll.

Manage month-end and year-end closing;
Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable

Perform compilation of financial statements, audit schedules, corporate taxes, GST submission and inter-company reconciliations

Liaise with auditor on external audit matters and handle the audit field works

Review and monitor day-to-day activities related to credit and collections and payments

Provide improvement on establishing systems, processes, and workflow.

Perform all other duties as assigned and required

**Requirements:
Minimum 3 years working experience in Singapore based on a similar capacity

Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent

Liaise with HR partners on payroll-related matters of the entities

Able to work independently, multi-task, work under pressure, positive attitude and be self-motivated

Ability to learn, work and solve problems independently within time constraints

Knowledge of Autocount accounting software is an advantage

A proactive person, positive attitude and able to work independently
