**Job Title**: Home Care and Maintenance Supervisor

**Description**:
As a **Home Care and Maintenance Supervisor** at BUTLER Housekeeping, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring that all tasks meet our high standards of excellence. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of home care and maintenance staff.
- Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet the highest company standards.
- Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members.
- Address any client needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in home care, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
