We are looking for a smart, disciplined, presentable, and enthusiastic professional with a flair for relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high service levels are delivered for all assigned tasks including pilot boarding, doctor attendance, documentation, and clearances
- Ensure customers are advised of their Vessel schedule and cargo operation prior to arrival
- Cargo operation and sailing of the vessel
- Manage cargo equipment tracking to ensure smooth delivery and return of equipment for maximum utilization
- Coordinate with ICA/MPA/Ship Owners and other statutory bodies as required to perform the various ship husbanding tasks
- Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement as appropriate, and based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)

**Must haves**:

- 3-4 years relevant experience as boarding officer in ship husbandry services, Well versed on shipping procedures and requirements for Export Shipments, Knowledge of on-Ship Operations
- Physically fit to board ships on a regular basis
- Strong knowledge and understanding of processes in dealing with ICA/PSA/MPA/Shipyards and other statutory authorities.
- Very detail oriented, well organized and responsible
- Service mindset and account management skills
- Graduate degree with technical background in shipping business
- Excellent command over written & spoken English is essential
