**The Role**
**We are looking for a competent Growth Partnership Senior Executive to explore business development opportunities and manage relationships with existing and new partners. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our partners base which include but not limited to commercial brands, parent platforms and schools building them into long-term mutually beneficial relationship.
**Responsibilities**
- Able to identify potential partners and maintain a strong relationship with existing business partners.
- Proactively pursuing and following up on potential partnership opportunity.
- Independently manage end-to-end partnership process, from discussion initiation to agreement signing to results follow-up.
- Design tailored partnership proposal for each partner that are mutually beneficial for both parties and lead negotiation with potential partners.
- Maintain regular contact with potential and existing partners to understand and meet their needs.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to maintain partners’ satisfaction and to maintain company’s reputation.
- Analyse partnership result through data analysis and build on the next action plan.
- Review and prepare legal contracts and other related documents to support various business activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-4 years in relevant role experience of business development and/or partnership management.
- Having good relationship with parenting/tech commercial brands and schools is a plus point.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English & Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking partners.
- Good understanding of local business knowledge.
- Strong project management skill, result-oriented with strong organisation skill.
- Enthusiastic and passionate in education technology industry.
- Min. Bachelor of degree.
